  12. 12. Wedding stationery must be checked on arrival, including checking that all placenames are present as I am not able to take last minute orders/amendments.

  13. I always aim to respond to emails promptly and ask that you do the same to ensure I have the time to complete your work before the required date as I may have clients in the weeks or months following the start of your project already booked in.

  14. I ask for 6-8 weeks for bespoke design-delivery and therefore will allocate this amount of time when booking you in for your stationery. Therefore if the work cannot be completed in this time frame for reasons not related to myself then I reserve the right to cancel the project and any fees may not be refundable.

  15. It is recommended that you order both a colour guide to check cardstock colours in person, and consider

paying for a single printed version of your design once finalised, before printing the whole lot to allow for any changes you may like to make. A full fee will be applicable if changes or reprints are requested after the full quantity of stationery has been printed.

  16. It is the ‘client’s responsibility to check wedding stationery on arrival, including checking that all placenames are present as I am not able to make last minute amendments.

  17. Paper Stories Co. will set up the file colours for the print onto the card in CMYK mode using the PANTONE system, there can always be variations from screen colour to print colour and Paper Stories Co. cannot be held responsibilities for variations in print colour.

  18. For foamex orders, an attempt will be made to print a similar colour to the matching cardstock using the PANTONE system, but an exact match cannot be guaranteed and changes will not be made after printing on this basis.

  19. It is the ‘clients’ responsibility to view physical cardstocks by ordering a colour chart prior to ordering their stationery. If they do not want to order a colour chart, Paper Stories Co. cannot be responsible if they are not happy with the card colour, reprints will be at the expense of the ‘client’ and Paper Stories Co. cannot be responsible for achieving this within a certain time frame if the wedding date is upcoming.

  20. When placing an order for placenames and a table plan, it is ‘the client’s’ responsibility to cross check the two to ensure that all guests names on the guest name list are also on the table plan, Paper Stories Co. will not be aware of nicknames on placenames or on the table plan so will not know if there are discrepancies.
